Do you create custom soap orders?

Yes, we do!  Please send us a detailed email at nautisoapinquiries@gmail.com with the description of what type of soap you are looking for including colour and scent preferences.  Once this has been completed a quote will be provided to you prior to the order being placed.  A 50% deposit will be taken upon placing the order.  Our minimum order for custom soap orders is 12 full size (85 gram) bars of soap.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept any returns of sold product; however, if you are dissatisfied with your soap, please send us an email at nautisoapinquiries@gmail.com within two weeks of your purchase to let us know why and we will ensure to find a solution!  Please note that you will need to pay for shipping if you would like an exchange.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately at this time we only ship within Canada.

Are your products vegan?

Yes our products are vegan as we do not use any animal or animal by-products or in our soaps.

Are your products allergen free?

Unfortunately we are not nut or gluten free, as some of our soaps have walnut hull powder, and oatmeal powders in them.  We cannot guarantee that our products are nut and gluten free.

Are your soaps edible?

They do look delicious; however, they are not for ingesting.  Our products are for external use only.  If you ever get a reaction from using any of our product please discontinue use, consult medical assistance if needed.

How long will my custom order take to be ready?

Cold process soap takes 6-8 weeks to cure, and therefore depending on when the order is placed it could take up to 8 weeks to be ready for shipping.
